However, we’re just a bit iffy about the pricing—it’s not the cheapest option out there. 

Nonetheless, we love how they make shipping pretty straightforward, with tools like the rate calculator and tracking system making life easier. Their additional services, like Parcel Guard, are a bonus since these add an extra layer of security for valuable items.

At DHL Express Service Point, the first thing that caught our attention was how easy it was to find the place. Nestled right in Bukit Bintang, parking wasn’t an issue, even though it was a weekday during school holidays. 

We noted the friendly and efficient counter staff who introduced us to their various services. From creating label-free shipments and commercial invoices to arranging shipment pickups, DHL has you covered. 

They even have step-by-step guides on their website, which makes the process a breeze, especially for first-timers.

One of the standout features has got to be their digital solutions. We were happy with how easily we could access proof of delivery electronically and order DHL packaging supplies right from our phones.

Another aspect we liked is the reliable and speedy delivery times. We dropped off a parcel and were pleasantly surprised when it reached its destination the next day.

We’re just a bit iffy about the prices; they are slightly on the higher side compared to some local alternatives.
