We found everything easy to use. The interface is user-friendly, and there’s a cloud so you can access it from anywhere and get real-time reports.
The inventory management is also impressive. This basically simplifies everything so you won’t lose track of your stocks—you can even transfer supplies from one store to another and purchase from suppliers.
And yes, you can grow your business because StoreHub has good integration capabilities. You’re free to expand your business online because of the customisation and multi-store support.
However, these customisations aren’t readily available in the plans. The online and QR orders are add-ons, which add to the annual costs.
Another bummer is the lack of 24/7 support. On the plus side, they’re very responsive, based on our experience.

A standout feature is the Waiter App, which basically lets servers receive orders from customers and send these directly to the kitchen! It’s a time-saving tool that can be very handy during busy hours.
Plus, it offers QR ordering and online store and delivery. Unfortunately, there’s no other e-commerce platform integration that lets you expand your business on other sites.
But we understand since this mainly caters to in-person orders. On the bright side, Slurp is very user-friendly—clients we spoke with liked its simplicity.
It’s also an ideal solution, budget-wise. Small businesses can get the basic features for only RM790, and while there’s a huge gap for the highest tier, the inclusions are worth it.

One of our POS system choices for new and small businesses is Loyverse because it’s super affordable! Actually, it’s free! You can use the software by downloading the app— super easy and a budget-friendly option!
There’s no need to purchase expensive hardware, too. We appreciate that the app works on many hardware that you can connect to, such as POS terminals, barcode scanners, and label printers.
For a free app, we like the features. The Loyverse inventory management is pretty good because you can check your supplies easily by using your mobile device, like purchasing from suppliers, transferring orders, and stock adjustments.
To top it off, many clients thought the e-commerce integration was superb! You can connect it to many popular online platforms, like Lazada, Shopify, and Amazon.
However, we do admit there aren’t a lot of features for better expansion and some clients hoped for a more user-friendly app. Nonetheless, the 24/7 live chat is there to help!
